Hyaluronic acid is a substance that naturally exists in the human body and is widely distributed in skin and joint tissues. When refined into a gel form, it becomes a filler preparation that, when injected into the bridge or tip of the nose, helps shape it. The defining characteristic is that the procedure is completed with injections alone, without the use of a scalpel.
As for what specific changes can be achieved: it is possible to create a line from the nasal root to the nasal tip, lift a low nasal dorsum, and add subtle height to a rounded nasal tip. However, due to the nature of shaping through injection, it is not possible to reduce the width of the nose or recreate the shape of the cartilage itself. Additionally, in cases where filler has accumulated substantially from repeated injections over time, dissolving it first to reset the tissue condition may be more appropriate than adding more filler.
The role of the consultation is to honestly tell you whether your hopes can truly be achieved with filler. Even when we cannot meet a patient's expectations, clearly communicating this is what I believe constitutes honest and sincere care.

Can I wear makeup on the day of the procedure?
We recommend avoiding direct makeup on the injection site until the day after treatment. Makeup applied on the day of treatment is fine as long as you avoid the injection site, such as with foundation. Since swelling and bruising may occur immediately after treatment, it is best to avoid scheduling important appointments the day before.
Is there any problem with repeated injections multiple times?
When appropriate doses of the product are administered at appropriate intervals, there are generally no issues. However, repeated injections of excessive amounts can cause changes in tissue texture, so please understand that there are limits to requests for "more height."
