Addressing hair concerns from the root
Hair loss and hair thinning can be improved through two approaches: hair growth treatment with medication and autologous hair transplantation that utilizes your own hair follicles. At our clinic, Dr. Yuichiro Kitsuka at our Ginza location (with a background in plastic surgery and experience working at a hair transplant specialty clinic) handles hair transplantation, and we also offer AGA and FAGA treatment Treatments. Please start with a free consultation to discuss your current condition and goals.
- Hair transplantation (autologous hair transplant) This is a surgical procedure that transplants hair follicles from the back and sides of the scalp—areas less affected by AGA—to areas of hair loss. We primarily use FUE (non-invasive extraction) and also offer methods with "no clipper marks" that are less noticeable to others. Completion typically takes about one year as a guideline.
- AGA and FAGA (hair growth treatment) Options include oral and topical medications, hairline treatments, PRP hair growth therapy, and more. The approach is to use "hair transplantation for restoration and hair growth treatment for maintenance," and it is standard to combine them with hair transplantation.
