Strut method (columella reinforcement)

The medial crura of the alar cartilage are extended, and ear cartilage is transplanted as a strut.
It can make the nasal tip thinner and higher than an ordinary nasal tip reduction.
In addition, it can suppress the post-op deformation that may occur with general ear cartilage transplantation as much as possible.
