Patients under 20 who wish to receive treatment must be accompanied by a legal guardian and submit a consent form.
Minors who wish to receive treatment must be accompanied by a legal guardian and submit the “Guardian Consent Form.” Patients under 20 must submit the “Consent Form for Ages 18 to Under 20.”

On the lowering of the age of majority
As of 1 April 2022, the age of majority under Japanese civil law was lowered from 20 to 18, allowing 18- and 19-year-olds to enter various contracts without parental consent.
At the same time, because parents can no longer cancel such contracts on their child’s behalf, there is concern over increased consumer harm.
To address these concerns and ensure that you receive cosmetic care safely and with peace of mind, we continue to ask all patients aged 20 and under to prepare a parent or guardian’s consent form as before.
